The plane, bus or train tickets, once they have been confirmed are nonrefundable or transferable, nor cancellable, in case of requesting a change, a fee will apply, depending on the terms and condition of each service that should be verified in advance.
Unused services are non-refundable.
For the plane, bus or train tickets all clients must send a copy of an official ID. In case it is not available, the services might be cancelled or might have a price change while waiting for a valid ID.
The airport transfers are scheduled based on airlines timetables, the operational teal of Malva Travel will be monitoring them. In case of any problem, the passenger is responsible for notifying the 24/7 concierge or travel agent. The passengers that are unable to contact the concierge, will need to call directly to the operator´s number which appears on the confirmation. Malva Travel will not accept any complaint and the company will not be able to provide any refund if the passenger does not follow these instructions.
